Another wallie of Lacus! It's not that I prefer this character but she fits well in every background! lol ^_^' I hope you will like this one as well! I thought the wings were a good idea because she really looks like an angel in the bright field :D

I think a couple of small things hurt it. Firstly, some of the clouds are a bit too thick, especially the one at the bottom of the rainbow, low-hanging clouds like that should be thinner (like fog or mist). Also, probably some grass stalks should be visible over Lacus' knees since there's tall grass everywhere else in the foreground.
You're on the right track though. The rainbow is placed just right.
