    Interesting effects, is it suppose to be dark mist surround her? If so, the black dot over ther right hand looks weird.

    I think it's a liitle too dark, not that every wallpaper featuring Lacus needs pink in the background, but the detail to that lovely scan of her is overshadowed. Still nice though, don't get me wrong.

    maybe u should've used another character with more aggresive personality like Shinn or someone. I don't think that bg really goes with lacus but I guess that's ur choice
