well i'm really happy that you submitted a new drawing ^_^ really really.
I love how you can color now :) i guess you used water color to do your hermione's drawing too, ne ? Well this is really clean and smooth ^_^ and you use a lot of color tones to do darkened and highlightened parts. This is really good :)
The sole thing that is a little confusing is the length of her arms ; i think they are a little too short. But well your other proportions are great ^_^ Just a little detail to point out , ne ^_^ ?
