About 3 or 4 years ago I read the Ocarina of Time manga for the first time. I immensely enjoyed the story, and the art was beautiful. This close-up sketch of Link was inspired by the manga, and is actually the first of 3 scan's from the drawing. I thought it would be interesting to see how the drawing progressed as I finished it, and indeed it was. Strangely, I like this first image better than the last one. After I get a chance to clean some scanning artifacts out of the other 2 images, I'll post those as well.
