This chibi Sakura is my first vector and the original pic was REAL bad... :P
I know there are people that make vectors that are real pieces of arts and that mine is laughtable in comparaison...but
well ! I had fun making it and I just find Sakura so kawaiiiii XD XD XD
Apart from that...mmhhh....well, that's it I guess ^___^
I hope you will like it and review + fav if you have time to spare passing by! ^_~

Really cute, but here's some constructive criticism:
The lines of your vector are really thin in spots and there is some white left around them. When filling in colors on a vector, don't be afraid to let some color layers overlap into others... Especially the lowest layers. I always have skin-color as a low layer. Doing this would prevent leaving some white edges surrounding your lines.Another tip would be to make the bottom/background layer transparent when you copy all the layers. This way you won't have the little white surroundings around the vector, and it also works to prevent the white anywhere on the vector, though the BG colors will show through the areas of the vector that lack color.... but this is more easily rectified by adding another layer and just filling in those needed colors behind the image and then flattening.
But particularily with the really big outlined speech bubble with the heart, the lines of the vector looke WAY too thin... though you could probably duplicate the image, enlarge it a bit and then turn down the brightness and contrast so that it is black and create a thick outline that way.

What a lovely sakura <3 it's really cute! and mokona too. I don't know anything about vectors so I cannot say much about it but the whole scene looks fine to me. I love the little heart and the colors are lovely. It's really cute =3 Good job! ^^
