yeah its cute but i have some critique for you ,
delate the white stroke around the chara's and create some snow flakes in front of the charas too.
keept it up =) -
i love the scan of the two girls, but the background is just a few white spots over a black background.

It's cute, but I think that you need to work on extracting a little bit more and the background's kinda too simple and maybe you could make something more with it. Keep it up!
