at last I had finished this cloud smile.
I'm not satisfied, but I think I had postpone it almost 4-5 month 
colour it using photoshop cs
ink using drawing pen.

Shame on people for dl and not commenting on this. The line art is done well. The shading on the skin is good and the texture of his shirt is good. The hair is pretty good, although some of the strands don't seem to fit. Q: is the buckle supposed to be blue? I can't remember.
All in all, I think you've done a pretty good job with this.
