A very different style from your previous works. I like when people take a chance and explore other styles and this wall shows it. You focused on each and every color of the scan, blending it together in a chaotic yet charismatic pattern. It is a play of colors and designs. I feel it is like those paintings that require a lot of interpretation. The speckles and lines patterns of the backdrop also give it an Indian-type of style. Very unique. Don't let anyone else tell you differently ^^

Oh yeah! Love the bg, a very nice mix of glowy feathers + shapes although I can venture a guess that the dark parts of the bg are taken from photo of a building. Good use of photo, I'd say.
As for the character, she's pretty, cute and she's doing the classic 'holding the hat' pose. :P Good work here.
