I took a pre-made blend and just played with it until I ended up with the background you see from the wallpaper. I tried pasting a few CCS images over top but none of them really worked that well so I stuck with Sakura and Tomoyo. I added a few rings behind them because it looked too plain and boring, and used it for my Cardcaptor site.
