Hmm, I'm failing to make the Celtic connection. But as far as the wallpaper is concern, it's nice. I like the simple bg. It looks like little fairies raising out of the lily pond

The images is nice, but why is the text placed where we can barely read it? Perhaps it would look better if the text was placed on the dark part of the wallpaper.

I like the way the girl is sitting on the water-lily. :)
The flow of colour is simply breathtaking but why is the type in front of the character. It's better placed on a darker part of the background. -

well it's really nice, but the girl is awkward a little bit. where is her left arm and her legs pose is unnatural... maybe you should jist hide them? or use other character....but anyway i like this wall
