This is a new vector of tetsu aka puppy-chan, this is my first vector of puppy-chan from peacemaker kurogane, i first did the hair, then the outlining on puppy-chan which took one hour, then i did the shadings and then the coloring, this took about 3 hours, hope you guys like it, ja-ne
