Is this a Noir fanart? I got the scan on some site, it didn't say where was the image from.. dunno.

It definitely looks like Mireille fan art, and a very nice piece of fan art at that. I like the choice of colors and lightning. I'm not sure if the interior of the Millennium Falcon from Star Wars is the best choice of background image, but it's a decent fit.
