ello ello my art community which I haven,t been submitting for a long time. 
Gomen Gomen 
I haven't do anything here for so long that I think only a few people still
remembers who I am. "other then big sis walkure and big bros Frosty and
Gaijin which sends me a very nice card" which thank you very much. that was
very sweet of you guys. *big hugs* I figure that I should get a drawing in. 
so this new drawing I just finish last week will goes out to you guys, saying
lets dances with blue.

This is really pretty. I really liked how the blue is such a prominent color. It creates a nice contrast and enhances her gracefulness and figure. The medium that you used realyl gives the dress a nice texture. It really looks like the real Urd. One lil thing is the fingers. They appear a lil awkward but the coloring makes up for it. This is really well drawn. ^_^ Nice stuff~
Okay, first I must say that I love the necklace in the drawing (I know, that's a weird first thing to say, but hey, that's me). The effect of coloring only the dress and using such a bold color is nicely acheived, in my mind. The top of the hair looks a little odd, but other than that, I've got no critiques. Good job ^_^
Yes, crayons work well here. Makes the colour of the dress really stand out and it looks rich and thick.

Well, again, her pose is really well drawn ^^ Coloring is really nice, maybe a a
stronger color on her skin and hair would make her seem even better
