Firstly, HAPPY NEW YEAR! This wall is to celebrate the new year and I chose this scan of Bleach for 2 reasons. Firstly it's of course I am currently obssessed in Bleach and secondly, it's to show us that it's again another start of a new year and we should be ready for whatever troubles that might come.
Full view please This wall took me around 7-9 hours and more than 500 layers altogether. This is my 2nd attempt in vector. This really give me a hard time because photoshop is so laggy due to the huge PSD size and humongous amount of layers. I have had to redo some parts a few times because PS CS2 hanged halfway >=( >=(
Another reason why photoshop was so laggy it's because I accidentally did the resolution of 2000x1500 for this wallpaper. When I reduced the size to 1280, the vector became unclear again :hmpf:
This is the original scan which can be found over at MT . However, what I vectored was the size of 500 by 700 pixels. This happened when I was at Indonesia and the internet connection there is expensive. Thus, I asked one of my friends to download that scan and reduce the size before sending it to me.
At first I did a grunge style for this wall but I realised it doesn't fit the atmosphere at all XO (Though I am still using the grunge one for my desktop because I don't really like bring walls ^_^') I created an ice effect with smoke to enhance the background because Hitsugaya's soul slayer is an ice elemental and Matsumoto's is capable of turning itself into smoke. I reused 2 pieces of the ice from my previous Hitsugaya vector wall.
I took the background from episode 47 of Bleach. The building behind is actually 3rd squad headquarter. I have no choice but to use this since I have no idea how the 10th squad building actually look like. I vectored a little bit of the background because some parts were covered by Hitsugaya (Those who watched it should know) and added clouds.
I think it's rather messy XD and simple (now did I contradict myself? ><) but I really like how it turned out, especially both shinigami's soul slayer XD Please give me comments!

This reminds me of your previous wallie so this also means that I also love this one as well. XD I love the effects that you used. The pose of the characters are perfectly suited to the bg and the vectoring was done amazingly well. The effect near the bottom looks awesome and kind of remind me of power emanating from the ground. The silhouette bg looks good and enhances the brightness of the vector. Really awesome work~
