the realism of the blood is interesting
but it seems to be concentrated around the middle a lot, try spreading it around to the corners or just all over the place
then it would look a little more bloody to me, but nice work anyways ^-^ -

Yet again I'm being drawn to 'darker' mood walls... this is very intense.
I kinda agree that the blood could have been spread a little more, to seem more random and chaotic, but I do feel that it is good that there is a place where it is more concentrated.
The only thing that it's not working for me is the text, it's barely readable since it is so dark. I understand that you have aproached it in a more subtle way but if you want it there you should try to make it stand out a bit more or then again you could do a no text at all aproach.
Overall I really like this work of yours, keep it up XD -
