Technically that is true but another artist was involved in game where this wallpaper was from other than Misato Mitsumi. But saying that, both these girls are designed by Misato Mitsumi (sourced by the artbook). This is a game roughly called "December when there is no angel" by Leaf/AQUAPLUS. The art work is quite beautiful.
