The blonde girl, called Creta, next to her, Almo.
After Lester, there is Coco. and the last one, Kela. all of these character work at the Elle Ciel. (Space ship)

The tall 1-eyed guy in the middle is Lester Coolduras,the kid with the mini-whale on the left is Kuromie Quark,
don't know who the others are...
BTW, is galaxy Angel broadcasting in Australia? Seems pretty popular there...
