Nice effects you've used there. Not sure if the snow matches the background, but hey, it looks pretty cool. Good extraction on the whole, just go over the areas where you can see the darker pixels against the glow. Good effort. Thanks for sharing!

heey! my fourth wallpaper ever to be created ^_^ the scan is taken from sister princess.. (thank you banksie for giving me the scan) and the background i have created using filters and brushes! i think this is a very pretty picture.. and better than the last two.. depending how you like it :\ hm.. i've tried to not add text in so you can focus more on the wallpaper and the image..
