The sharper appearance of the foreground dilutes the appearance of the background as the background seems on the blurry side; therefore, the wallpaper has a quality clash. The feathering of the edges of the wings is okay, but I think that the effect could've been better achieved (I'm not too sure how). On the right side of the scan, there is pixelation at intersections of the hair and the wings. The colors of the wall are good. There is still room for plenty of improvement in this wallpaper, and these changes could be pulled off with a little extra work. Keep up the work!

Okie! This is a neat wallie I did a while back, and It needed retouches, so I did them, so here you go! XP
Ok, I don't remember the girl in the scan, just know I got it from google. Extracted, and softed it a bit. The moon and stars were a work of my own, and the text is something that was retouched, because it didn't look right. I think it might have looked better without text, but it would just look plain then, right ^^
I went all out on the stars. And I don't know what all I did on the right bottom conner, just work with me I know I suck ^_^'

Oh the background is quite nice and I do like the image of the character too. Although she's a bit transparent on the edges and her hair, is that suppose to be that way? Ghost-ish? It seems a bit odd but I think its nice on the wings. This is soo full, big girl n' big moon. One or the other :) keep up with the work!
