well welll someone uploaded another vector, now didn't you once say that you won't upload anything anymore because of....well i forgot the reason here but you said...well you wrote it whats pretty much the same. so you changed your mind now.
so much for that now, about the vector, i don't like the way you shaded her hair because the shades on her hair look smudged and on the bright parts, i don't think that that looks soo good, and that color there should be whiter, and the shades of hair on her face could be a bit darker.
Not too shabby. Too bad I hate One Piece...
