Like the color of the background and the brushstroke style...the strokes look a little too random though and kinda clash
with the character's position...maybe if they were angled more deliberately?
Also...I know this is a Christmas wall...but the red and green bands look really out of place with the yellow and blue
of the character...especially since the red is so flat while the green has texture...maybe a green and blue border would
work better...or bands that are both flat
