Well, thsi was a really nice entry ^_^ The textures were probably a bit too much for a DDR background [cuz of the arrows] but undoubtedly one of the best entries for the round ^_^ Kekeke

this is my entry for Round 1 of THE ROTTEN EGG CHALLENGE! XD
here's my original description:
having no knowledge/experience at all with dance dance revolution, i'm just waddling around in dark waters here. i
was doing some exploring on the internet during the week and voila, i come to this amazing artist's site: EDEN, or komugi. i just love how the expression of the girl looks
exactly as what i'd imagine to be on the face of somebody dancing to our song; all bubbly and happy. there's
more to the concept, but keeping to a brief description i'll stop here.
honestly i don't know what i thinking when i did this. it was really a spur of the moment combined with an approaching deadline. so criticise all you can. :nya:
p.s. this judge really cracked me up. not unreasonable though.

I liked your entry the most in the first round. :) It looks weird in some way, yes... but it is something original. Maybe Kuroimisa is right about the textures... but I never played DDR so I cannot really know. The textures look good for a wallpaper! I am looking forward to your next wallpapers. And now round 2 of TREC started... I hope I will find time for it cause I am not at home at the moment and on holiday... o_O... Good luck to you! :)

Hm... I have to say that though the wall is really that well presented, but.. hmmm there's some slight unsatisfactory I had. Not sure... the backgrounds and the scan fits in together, but...
But still, I like the background the most. Looks very complicated. And it seems like you've done quite good. ^^

First, must say that I think this was the best entry for TREC Round 1 XD It's incredibly vibrant, and I can see "bubbly and happy" ::though I can also see how the girl's expression could be interpreted as a "grimace":: &, for once, the double image thing works. XD

i dropped out of that torunament i totally thought it was going to be a naime wallpaper tournament. I'm glad i did leave that tournament though.
Very nice wallpaper everything flows together nicely, it was the first thing i seen on when i came into the art section and i said man thats awesome ^^, + Favorite.

this wallpaper turned out very well. hahaha. i'm commenting on this when it's been a VERY long time since its submission. oh well. though i do see why it can't be a ddr background, it's good enough to be put on MY computer. hahaha. hurray for retro but cool wallies!
