Here's the anime scan from the newly released Shirota Yuu Best Actors CD as
Tezuka Kunimitsu. The cd was Tenimyu Based (Prince of Tennis Musical based). The
cd was really good, I highly recommend it! 
Not my scan, found from the tenipuri comm. on LJ. ^_^
