Series: Shuffle
Original Scan: Shuffle Girls
by Omegon (had to extend the edges of Kareha's dress - what a pain that was!
)
Time taken: too long (mainly going back and forward to add effects and
whatnot)
Background: scaled up from a image I found on some Kanon artbook or something
(originally 640x480, so I had to blur it so it would look okay on 1600x1200) - I
can't make my own backgrounds yet without wrecking the whole wallpaper!
One has to ask what kind of pills I was on to make this look so colourful. I just wanted to make it look magical and radiant I guess, kind of like the characters Kaede and Kareha in the anime series Shuffle!
I'm about half way through the series, and apart from the unexpected, unexplained and sudden ecchi moments, I'm thoroughly enjoying it. The storyline is interesting and original (I think, I haven't watched all that many animes), the characters are correographed and the artwork is excelllent.
Anyway, enough of the review. Hope you like this wallpaper. Comments and suggestions are warmly welcome. Help me get my wallpapers into shape!
Merry Christmas everyone on Minitokyo, and have a great new year!

Nice Wall thanks for sharing
very ncie and thanks for sharing
I have a poster of the scan and now, I get a pretty wallpaper of it. Thanks.
Without seeming too critical, I would like to say that a better background would do wonders for this wallpaper. If you really want to use the 640x480 that you found you might want to think about doing a trace vector of the image and then blowing that up to the size you want. If you do a basic, minimalist trace vector of the bg without any shading you can blow it up without it getting blurry. Once it is at the size you want, convert the vector to a raster image and add the lighting effects. Just a suggestion as a way to get started on creating your own backgrounds.
Thanks for sharing.
