(is that the word? maybe his head could be a little longer... that sounds better... ^_^') but other than that the shading is perfect! you really are a talented artist! even though it goes against my own policy, despite his hair i think i will fav your doujin because the good points outweigh the one thing that could use a little work... great job! keep it up! :D
