I think that you chose a good title for the piece ^^ you have no worries on that! I've seen this particular scan used on several chobits wallpapers, it seems to be a favourite, but I must say that I like whatyou have done with this one. Some people go over the top with it, try to make it something super special and they always fail, but your copy is really nice!
I really do love the shades of blue you've used as a background, it's really helped to highlight the scan (which in majority, is dark), and the white you've used to create sparkles really gives off magical and beautiful feeling to the wallpaper.
Extraction is good, and overall design is quite nice, I think you have created quite a nice wallpaper! Thank you for submitting it!

wow, the colors look amazing with that scan, you matched everything up perfectly! :) I love the color of the sky, the moon and the trees in BG... this scan of Chii is so pretty too and certainly does fit well with a bright night scene. Excellent work! :)
