Artist Comment
I was sick today and stayed home from school, so I doodled up a storm. Once I was done with that, I colored in one of the doodles- which created this. This is the original character of mine that I draw a lot.
I don't like the thumb on the hand- it just looks incorrect. But I was happy with the emotion in his face- it was exactly what I had in mind when I started drawing it.
The background was a lot of fun- just abstract coloring. It was a nice relaxing break after I colored in the character.
