I've always wanted to do a modern-day fanart of my favorite SDK non-canon couple, Akira and Yuya, so here it is! The title is inspired by Vivaldi, of course, and the sonnet that accompanies the Allegro movement of "Winter":
Caminar Sopra 'l giaccio, e a passo lento
Per timor di cader gersene intenti;
Gir forte Sdruzziolar, cader a terra
Di nuove ir Sopra 'l giaccio e correr forte
Sin ch' il giaccio si rompe, e si disserra;
Sentir uscir dalle ferrate porte
Sirocco Borea, e tutti i Venti in guerra
Quest'e 'l verno, ma tal, che gioja apporte.

We tread the icy path slowly and cautiously, for fear of tripping and falling.
Then turn abruptly, slip, crash on the ground and, rising, hasten on across the ice lest it cracks up.
We feel the chill north winds course through the home despite the locked and bolted doors...
this is winter, which nonetheless brings its own delights.
(Vivaldi kicks so much @$$! *^.^*)
I really ought to write a fanfiction to go with this picture...

This is so sweet. Winter nights are perfect for romance, don't you think? Heheh~ Of course, me envies your bg. I especially like the lamppost. The details in its work are really great. Your characters blend in really well with the bg and the coloring of the overall piece matches quite well. Akira looks great and look natural. His clothes are very stylish and the textures are done well. Yuya's eyes appear a lil off in comparison to her other facial features. Other than that, she looks good and I like her outfit. Her movements appear very natural. Really nice work, girl. XD Good work~

I didn't read the manga much (sad, sad me) but what do you mean by 'non-canon'?
Anyway, I like the colours of the doujin, shading, toning and w/e you've put in it.. it's very pretty. ^_^ I am so impressed and envious. Wish I could draw too. :3

Uh boy I am so glad that I found you....yeah my sis gave you a fav^_^...for one of the wallies and I wanted to take a close look at the oen dedicated to Haloween but than it hit me this one^_^!Doujinshi!I really liek peopel that have talent and that have also some tiem to show us that..yeah the walls look incerdible but they don't show all the talent that soemone has so the best way I see the talent is by doujinshis^_^!You have done a romantic doujinshi with beautiful colours and the spirit of love and the couples'joy is lamost getting out form the computer and riches me^_^...you sure deserve a fav...for this beautiful piece of art you sure deserve that you be awarded with a fav^_^!
