Really a nice vector. My only suggestion is that the red in her hair blends in too much with her red cape. Maybe add more shades of red?

Ohhh... you finished it! Well, don't be so sad. Really. Even my first vector is not very good. People learn from first experience. All you had to do is try again and do better! That's all! Believe me or not... I only satisfied 100% with my vector was on my 5th vector! (Chibi Sunako ones). ^_^

Err... actually, I wanna ask you something. What programme did you used to made a vector? I used both Illustrator and Photoshop. Illustrator for outlines (coz the pen tools and lines look better when made with Illustrator) and the I export them to PS to colored them. Well, I HATE coloring in Illustrator...

This is really good for a first time vector. The colors are really strong and you really capture Lacus nicely. But the outlines for the shading and the outline need to be more smoother. Also, it's rather awkward when you switch from lines to no lines. I understand bout her clothing and such but her hair and gloves should a stronger outline. But I think you did a really nice work. Keep it up~
