Pikachu is so cute in this pic, even though that's not how he usually looks. (I'm assuming that Pikachu is a he). The sand and the ocean looks fine to me...

Tee hee! Pikachu looks funny! Har har...well, uh, the background's pretty good; I remember doing something just like it in one of my really old wallies, but that's another story. The spot where the water meets the sky looks great and blends in nicely. The only thing that I find odd is the pillow the character is sitting on. It just doesn't quite fit in...nice job overall though. Can't wait to see more soon!
