Man what a horrible title! (Snickers)
Another one of the fabulous fanarts from Nekkeau at http://www.geocities.jp/nekkeau/cg.htm this one featuring Ibuki from the Street Fighter series. I haven't played Street Fighter for a long while, but I remember how much I loved this ninja gal. A fast character with confusing attacks and a nack for darting around the stage, I thought this mixture of soft and jagged backgrounds would suit her well.
I really like the way this one turned out, and I hope you all do too! ^^
