good job with this one ..
though i still think you should do away with the outer glow on the charas
the moon looks good .. but it somewhat looks blur. must be the brush size not big enough ? ^_^'
the night sky looks fine to me .. you manage the slight starfield that i see in the bg :D
keep it up .. you're improving
just a tiny advice .. don't depend too much on brushes.. they're good .. but not as good as making out something on your own :)
