The title of this wall catches my eyes as soon as it's jumping ito my box. But what I see is far more beautiful than just the catch eye title.
I can imagine it's you dancing above water Magician Fairy senpai.... and your deep feeling when doing it moves the comet.... (I am being sentimental ^_^;;;)
I like the color of your choice, it's always beautiful, and although I think the feet has too much glow, it's still nice to watch. ^_-

This is definately an improvement on extraction, it does look clean cut and quite nice, so kudos on that! The idea is nice, if maybe a little overused (don't of course, take any offense to that! it's still nice :))
The comets are nicely done, and the colours are good. The ripples are a nice effect, and the brushes you've used have really helped to edge off the piece. It would be a good time to start experimenting with depth and different layers, and to try compiling a certain theme or feeling, and within that, starting to try different artistic patterns. It's all a learning game, and you will do fine ^^
