I first saw this scan on a wallpaper somewhere... after some looking around I found the original scan on Nuriko's web page.
I really like the way she turned out, if you want to use her in a wall go right ahead just give credit for the vector.

One thing I would recomend is saving it at a lower compression because once I downloaded this pic and looked at it in my image viewing software, I noticed lots of compression artifacts.
