It's Coro-Coro again, here to present another wallie in the STARLIGHTS series. This time, it's part two of the series, and it features the sexy looking Voice of Peace Princess, Meer Campbell of Gundam SEED: Destiny!
This time, i made little changes on it when compared to the previous wallie,
Northern Starlights.
The only significant change is the caption on the wallie as well as the
character itself! Thanks to rarirurero for the scan of
Meer in OD4. Really love the
scan!

Nice extraction of the scan. But I have to be honest, the scan is what's carrying the wallpaper. The bg can use a little more flare.
