I think those two are from Zeta Gundam anime serie but Im not sure. Not my scan, I took it from 4chan long time ago.

    You're right. They are from Zeta Gundam. The one on the right is a Hyzack with a standard loadout (machine gun and shield). The red one is a Gabaldy Beta (again, with a standard loadout). They were the early stormtroopers (enemies that died by the thousands and can't shoot the broad side of a dairy barn)
