Anyways, I vectored Walter, used a texture from DA, some filters, default brushes and pretty much this came out.

i like the splotched blood effects on the left there
it'd be nice if the wire had a little glint on it or something, but it's good =]
I love this wall nice effect.
The only complaint I have about this one is Walter kind of looks like a zombie with his lack of pupils. If you'd add em into the vector I think it would really make this wallpaper fully complete.
