the BG is kind of different I mean is not actually what you normally see and tha's why it looks cool.....mn...but

Well, this wallp is based in a manga "Suzuka". In this anime/manga, the characters' feelings are
realistic;
this got my attention.
Honoka is one of those characters you just like to sympathize with, and Suzuka... Well, Suzuka is very complicated.
these two women are in love of the same man, and although they don't admit it, they are rivals...
Suzuka also means "A Refreshing Breeze".

This wallpaper is interesting...
The whole "grunge/blur" idea seems to be overdone just a bit, maybe you should tone that down some. I do like the positions of the characters in the wallpaper, it definitely makes it feel nicer, even if it does not provide much icon space.
You should also consider editting the text, I just don't like it, personally. The positioning is rather odd as well, with the sideways text on the opposite side, and even the Japanese under it, just seems like there is a bit much.
However, I still appreciate your effort in this wallpaper.. good job.
