    i love how the chara look and the water looks good as well. only thing is that maybe some added stuff into the background since theres a lot of empty space. but otherwise another great work from you ^^

    great wall, belldandy is probably my fav anime female. especially good wall because I have alot of icons on my desktop and the empty space is useful.

    its good work, clouds need work as stated but its a good start :D

    also text seems a bit plain to me, maybe change it or do something to the text?, while it doesnt look like its just slapped on there, its not quite working for me

    love the Belldandy extraction though :D

    background is perfect IMO

    wow! nice effects on the scan! i love the swirly thing below her!
    though the bg is a bit empty XO try adding some effects on the clouds, make the water a little bit realistic, add some life on the black bg like putting some feathers or other starrry brushes.. well that's only my opinion but your really did your best! XD
    sooo nice improvement! most of all the glowy swily stuff! XD

    this wallpaper is beautiful. The dark background provides a nice contrast for the colors on belldandy. It really makes her stand out ^-^.
