Honestly, I don't know where this wall came from. I was feeling sort of down, and randomly started to work with
images. Took a LOT of work, though.
I brought in the water image, and had play with the layers a bit to get the right coloring and look. Since the picture
was a little short, I copied a part of it, put it on the side, and blended them together. I can't even tell where
the merge. XP
The scan of the major was good quality, and didn't really require that much clean up. I left in the fuzzy-edges at
the bottom, since it gave a sort of 'shadow' effect. After adding some motion brushes on the edges to sort of
highlight her, I played with the blending for a bit.
The hardest part was the cityscape, which used to be in broad daylight. I had to create multiple layers with various
contrast and brightness levels to literally change day into night. Since I wasn't quite satisfied with the color of
the sky, I actually took the sky from a shot in the show's opening, blending it over, and adjusting it for the
buildings.
In the end, I have to say I'm very satisfied with this wall, which is a rare thing for me. >.< Hope you like!
