I used around 25 or 28 layer + 6 or 7 diferent brush. I used diferen filter and efect.

the extraction isn't all that good, and the trees in the bg are too blury comparing them to the rest of the bg.

You could have made the vector a little bit darker...That way, Kisuke's would have looked like he belongs in the wallpaper much better, but it's still looks good.

Very eerie backdrop! Looks nice with your vector which by the way looks great too ^^
You do have a few grassblades floating on the air which can be fixed by bluring them a bit at the edges. The scan doesn't really 'fit' the wall in the sense of blending, but I do admire how you combined both forms of your artwork. You should be proud ^_^ -
