OK I looked it over pretty hard, I like the overall design. But there are a few things that I would have tweeked (I hope you don't mind). The head is a little too large, the arms too long, the crook of the elbows make it look like the upper arms' joints are too far away from the body. I would make the breasts not so round and lower. I like how you have the hair and you have sectioned and shaped the legs really well too. I hope that helps and I have not overstepped my bounds :)

I think u did a hard & a good job....
There alot of crossing lines in the face which means that u worked hard on it....
Everything looks good except the face & the knees........
Well, it's just my opinion... lolkeep it up ^_^

It is a good drawing! I definitely say if you add a bit more shadowing, it will add dimension and depth and variety to it. She looks so sad =( Good job on face expression ^^
