work harder in your extraction..
and about the girl standing on the water.. you better put down her legs sum magical effects! right ? cuz shes standing
in the water and that should be sumthin about magic! so add sum magical effects down her.. and that would be good ^^ i

well as u can see its sakura
and there is cherry blossom leave which touches the middle part of the water cuzing ripples

pretty wallie cherry-san^^ hm, i agree with dufoe88; you need to work a lil more on your extraction and sakura kneeling on water without any effects is a little awkward. another thing, the moon on the left side cannot be seen that much...
but i like the wings! it's kawaii on sakura^^

mmm .. not bad concept for this scan :)
but i think the tree on the top left corner ish kinda disturbing ..
cause the perspective seems a lil off .. the branches look small and yet they're so high up in the sky.
you could work a lil more on the extraction and try to blend it with the wings and bg :)
the effects around her looks fine .. but it'll be better if it's glowing and not hard colors .. just my opinion though ^_^'
other than that .. the water ish nice and not bad XD
