A redo of my first attemp (which has been deleted). The old bg was "too shojo" so I created a new grungier one in keeping with the edginess of the character. I also fixed the extraction in a few places so it looks better. Let's see if this one can stay. ^_^

The colours could be more shiny but the style of the background is great. I also like the graffitie- type.

too shoujo? Wow, to make a G-Taste character look shoujo is not easy, or did you simply mean the bg was 'shoujo' and did not fit with the character?
Having never saw the original, I can't make the comparison, but this bg definitely do not clash with the character. I'm not sure about Zoamel's comment about making it more shining. The character is shiny, a darker background emphasize her more. So I think what you have is appropriate.

I think the 'Hentai' label is used FAR too often. Personally, I have very specific criteria that art has to meet for me to consider calling it hentai. 'Mo Better' doesn't even come close to those. ^__^
