Actually, composition here doesn't look bad at all. And I like the light effect you made, the one around Sasuke's legs. ^^' Looks kind of like Chidori. I would have made a different background for this wall, perhaps something less... um, abstract, but that's just me. ^^'
By the way, 100 Kb is not enough for a 1024x768 wallpaper. There's a whole bunch of jpg artifacts in the image. Try playing with setting when you save a wallpaper next time. ^__^

actualy the file size is more than 500kb n less than 1000kb....bcause in my place the line is too slow i i'm trying to comprase it less than 200kb by using paint....anyway i'm try to save again by photoshop

Nice wall, I really like the kind of tornado effect on the bottom, the BG is great also. The only thing is the small pictures if sasuke on the right, I find them out of place, you migh wanna try it without them. But, besides that, great work!
