Well... How to start... First of all, I'm very sorry, that in my previous submition my username was very big... I hope
this time it's better ^_^' . Bdw I'm happy that you all were true with me and told me what you liked and what you didn't

It's a sea wallpaper, because I miss Summer :D :) :D :) :D :)
I made this in about 2 - 3 hours and it had 15 layers...
If you would ask me - I don't really think it's good and worth submiting, but... Now its up to you all ;) ;) ;) ;) ;)

Excelent Wall.. the background doesnt look like waves very much but somehow the color combination works.. i mean is visually pleasant, plus the scan is just adorable.. i love this girl ^^

I miss summer too! ^^ It looks good, but I would like to see more detail in the background. It's nice how it is, but it'd be nicer to see more going on at the same time. Well, that's what I think XD Good job on it though!

Interesting Water effect. I think that's the most impressive part to me. Not the foreground part, but the part that's behind her looking almost like it was created with a 3D modeling program.
The flower looks a bit 'off'. Doesn't fit into the character. Obviously it's a picture of a real flower, but since the rest of the wallpaper is a drawing, they clash. I've seen an example of someone adding a real photo to a drawing, and they painstakingly draw in black outlines and did something to the colour saturation to make it look more like part of the drawing. The effect was pretty good, though you can still tell after close examination.

Two little complaints, the flower doesn't belong witht the style of the picture, the background is OK because it looks like it is in the distance. Also the lettering is very sharp and it is making the decorative bracketts around it look very blurry. You chose a really good quality scan and placed it very well, the composition of objects is fine you just need to remember to make sure that items in the foreground are all the same quality.
