OH MY GOD! I can't believe you can come out this far ^__^ Really colorfull and beautifull ^_^ This one i give it 7.5/10 ^__^ I think it is better than the last one, but 8 is another level that you will have to pass with more design by hand ^__^

The soft mix of colors give Cagalli an almost ethereal look. I really like the subtle light effect in the foreground, and it helps anchor her to the background. The scan was awesome enough, but you made a great wall out of it. ^-^

some parts of the characters outline looks a bit jagged despite the vectoring. though i really like the background, it looks really pretty. but maybe you should've tried making the character suit the background more and tweak the colors in the background to give a better blending between the two. but besides that nice work ^^

Hey!^^ I love your background, but I have to agree to trinigirl524. The background should fit more into the character, and there's jaggy lines on her hair. Also, about the line, well that kinda annoys me. It doesn't seem to fit >< BUt anyway good try!^^ Hope to see more of your works soon! Ja ne^^
