ok! another crap crap wallie! wahahaha 
the scan was found in idlechan or here... me not really sure of the bg but oh
well! hehe let's start in the bg! the sky is a brush and i make it a little
bigger so it will fit the whole wall,
the tree with plenty of petals or leaves are also a brush, sorry about the
petals i'm sure i overdo it hehe but they are sooo pwettie! XO
next is the birds well sorry if i can't found a better birds well i was
experimenting! the
fence is kinda new well i'm new in making this with a texture but i will try
making some with better look hehe,
for the grass well nothing to say then for the petals around well dunno if they
fit on on the wall! and the last is the scan well sorry bout the extraction of
the scan but that is the best i can do 
ok time me to go! like or not its fine with me! enjoy!

You're a bit too harsh on yourself. This is a decent wallpaper. In fact, for me, it has just two things shy of a very good wallpaper. I really don't like the fence or the grass behind it. They are very 'harsh' considering the 'soft' feel to the rest of the wallpaper. I don't know how to describe it better than that. Is there anything you can do to 'soften' them? fade the colour a bit, perhaps? Blurring may also help.
But that's just my opinion. It seems lots of people think it's great (even been added to fav)

Aww zaira its really cute! The only thing I don't like is the fence...I dunno why but it just looks out of place. Everything else looks adorable. The characters are so cute! Great job!

The created elements in your wallpaper blend well with the scan. I like the colors used and the balance between elements. The birds like kinda transparent to me though.... Great job!
