Well This is my very first vector submission.
This Is Blue from Wolf's Rain I haven't really seen any good scans or art of her so I vectored this.
All together I put maybe Six+ hours into this.

Blue is so cool, you gotta love her! Thanks for sharing the scan! I shall make a wallpaper using this vector and give credit of course. Don't worry, I think the shoulders look just fine. ^_^
