If you were offered the opportunity of embarking in a life of "complete happiness" would you comply and if so what would you give up? Your freedom or perhaps your soul? There are times when i wonder if i would "give everything" for just a taste of that happiness...

ooh, interesting piece ^^ I really like the original artwork, and I think your vector version captures the gist of it nicely using just the different shades and skipping the outlines.. I'm actually trying to teach myself how to vector in Illustrator but it isn't as easy as I thought XP So I have newfound respect for people who can vector. Good job :)

it looks good but that's only because the original drawing is gorgeous..
the full view definatively lacks a lot of details and smoother lines would work much better with the original style. at least the thumbs looks nice, so that means its not a lost cause XD I'd say work a little more on it :]

*screams* DREAM you are overtaking my notifications with these DREAM vectors! >[

just jk ;)

True, there are quite a few details being lost, but then at the same time there are a lot of different levels being created... your vectoring style is going to take over the world...

*runs*

No, really, this is a really lovely vector >_< it's so distinct--- !

Beautiful work as always man, Castlevania is a hard set of images since most of it is sketchy and hard to vector but you pulled it out really good.

Ooohhh! This is a really beautiful vector. :D
Great work. XD XD XD

C Ya Dream!

Nice picture indeed.
Great art with great style.
And on a side note, when I saw her, I thought she really looked like Death (DC's Sandman's sister).

Hello DREAM, somehow the thumbnail version looks a bit better than viewing the vector in full view. So I think maybe the lines should be a little bit smoother... but I cannot really tell cause I am a real beginner in vectoring so an expert can probably give you advice how to make the lines look smoother... and maybe you should try to add some more detail as well. How can I say... I am absolutely impressed with the vector in the thumbnail view but in the full view it unfortunately loses some of its greatness... but it's definitely a very good vector since it must have been extremely difficult to vector the original piece of art!

wooow ^^ it's beautiful dream. I love the artwork! ^__^ well I know nothing about vectoring but for an inexperienced eye as mine this looks pretty good! ^^ It's different from other vectors I've seen, I really like the degradation of the color black, and how it seems to fade away. I really like it and I think you did a very good work. Keep it up!

Wow, this is fantastic. Better than original. My favourite favourite. ^_-

Ohhh woww.. it's beautiful *_* I love all the detail you put in.. great work, definitely a favorite!

You're really getting into vectoring, aren't you :D You've got some haunting shadows in there, I'm so impressed. Very beautiful, very smooth, incredibly definied and a great sense of atmosphere :)

I must say this vector does say so much. The beauty you have demonstrated is endless. It just says so much. I love the shades of gray and black. Much. Excellent work Dream.

this looks soooo awesome.
after looking @ the scan...damn...it looks hard to vector..but u've done a fantastic job
keep it up!~ ^_^

Really original way to vector. You have a lot of imagination.
I have the impression that the shadows and effects looks better in the tumbnail cause it seems more detailed when it's little. I like how you play with the tone of gray.
Interesting character also.
Nice piece :)

omfg.. you're so good at vector @__@ you can actually transform a real piece of artwork into.. a vector. wow. how's that possible XD?! she looks really good that way.

Highlighted - Very original use of a vector. It's very rare that shadows and differing shades are used with this medium, and the piece is reflective of the user's familiarity and gift with the tool.

nah, too lazy to give away my soul and my freedom. Besides, i like my soul and my freedom ...and i like that submission too :3
